This topic has been on the back burner for a long time and It funny that it taken me until the new year to write it. However the message will still be the same. When you are ready to change you do not have to make a New Years. You can start your growth or any type of big change in your life at any time of the year. It can happen tomorrow, Saturday, or some time next week. We do put some importance on the day and time, however the day and time (unless for religions reason) are not important. What is important is that you start the change.
To start a change in your life is to start a new habit. A habit is something small you can do to start you on your bigger goals. Think of the switch on your bank account for save the change. Yes all it does it round it up to the nearest dollar, however keep rounding it up to the nearest dollar and you will have a lot of dollars. We have to start thinking like that when it comes to our own personal development. A lot of small changes that can make a big impact. Not just a big impact making a big impact. It hard to change in a big way however it's easier to change in a small way.
Thinking about your habits for the New Year or anytime of year. What habit is going to help you change to the best version of yourself? What habit is going to help you meet your goals? You don't have to wait until the new year to start goals. Set a goal and create a habit anytime of year.
